RØDE Yaris Puts Down 769hp!

In the never ending quest for more power, the limit will be found! We have been at the forefront of the G16E-GTS tuning since the platform was first released; Having the first MoTeC installed into the Motive Orange pocket rocket, and countless others since. 

It's not often that shops are open about tuning and engine development like this. For those that watched the live stream, you would have seen us pushing the stock bottom end to the very edge. We now know the physical torque limits of the factory pistons, and are yet to break the rods or crank. 

Who would have thought that the little yaris would be pumping out these numbers on a factory setup... If only Toyota made a straight six version!!!

You can see from the two graphs, that on the last run, this would have most likely made over 800HP. Thats 800HP on a mainline. 
Not a dynojet, mustang or other machine that commonly gives numbers more suited to a disney movie.
9500rpm, 50psi Boost, Nitrous and a whole lot of horsepower.

We will be posting a video of the engine pulldown as well as the new setup for this car, along with the power that it makes before heading to the track to convert that HP into MPH.
